So its been over two years since Traverse and myself decided to form Bright Crow Media. Since then we have been working on getting the recipe right like most entrepreneurs do in the first few years of business.
We have had to adapt in many ways to be able to offer the best possible services to our clients. That being said in this economy we have realized that we need to be smart on how we use our resources and identify which expenses are necessary and which are not.
We tried an experiment at the beginning of the New Year to see if we could work as a team in a virtual office without losing on productivity. The results were astounding, we were actually more productive and our employees were much happier working this way.
Due to those results it has become clear that we no longer need our office in Downtown Halifax. In fact it has been sitting empty for the past month.
Instead we have just launched our new website that offers more ways to get support including live chat. I am excited on what this means for our existing and future clients as we have established a better support system.
Like always we are available by phone and we will still be available to meet with our clients.
